Clothes for school and weight loss? first good answer 10 ponts!?
I just ordered 3 shrits, 1 knit sweater, 1 hoodie, 1 wife beater, and a lace cami from aberacrombie and fitch's website! I got all the right sizes but I want the clothes to look better on me! I am a little unhappy with my body weight right now, because I have a bigger frame and the clothes won't be arriving for about a week and a half and I wanted to know if I would lose any weight eating right and doing these work out videos every night! and I have a job that requires being outside and moving and I mow lawns! Please tell me if I would lose any weight at all! This is really important to me because I am starting me freshman year. Is their any way possible that I could lose 8 lbs? please help!!!!!!!!!
Sorry love, it will take you more than 1 week to lose the weight. Even if you eat "right" and do your videos religiously. Losing that much weight that fast would only be gained right back when you stopped working, working out, and eating right.
