Can I dye a d.k Yarn knitted set? baby size...?
I brought an aran knitted 4 peice set off ebay, newborn size, for a doll. But im not too keen on the colour and wondering if it is possible to dye it pink, its cream at the moment, but a funny cream not a nice one.
Which dye can i use thats perminent and how do i use it to dye these small items thoroghly.

the first thing that you need to do is figure out what the yarn its made out of. if its a synthetic fiber like acrylic, nylon, polyester, spandex, or polypropylene the dye will be hard to come by and expensive and its not easy to dye these kinds of yarn.
if its a animal or plant fiber like wool, alpaca, angora, camel, cashmere, cotton, linen, hemp, and ramie these will be the easiest and cheapest to dye. some dyes that you can use on the animal or plant fibers can be kool-aid or any other type of dye that is used for these kinds of fibers. I suggest that you dont use rit dye, this is a temporary dye and the results are poor.
